- a) That this National Executive Council affirms the objectives of the World Council of Churches Ecumenical Decade - Churches in Solidarity with Women, and encourages the Anglican Church of Canada at all levels to work with ecumenical partners in this undertaking.
- b) That the National Executive Council request the Women's Unit, through the Program Committee to refer the appended report of the sub-unit on Women in Church and Society of the World Council of Churches to appropriate national and diocesan bodies for study and to monitor work developed as a response to this report, reporting regularly to the Program Committee.
