That the balance in the Johnston Bequest be drawn into income in the 1994 budget in order to address the accumulated deficit.
That this resolution be reworded as follows:
That the accumulated deficits as of December 31, 1993, be retired by drawing into income the amount necessary from the Isabel Johnston Bequest; and that the balance remaining in the Isabel Johnston Bequest be brought into income in 1994. CARRIED

That Section 9 of the Rules of Order and Procedure of the General Synod be amended by deleting the words, "Rules of Order of the House of Commons of Canada" and substituting therefor the words "Kerr and King's Procedures for Meetings and Organizations (second edition)." CARRIED Act 13
That the National Executive Council authorize the Communications Unit to proceed with the incorporation of "Anglican Video", in line with the Draft Articles of Incorporation. The mandate and effectiveness of this agency will be assessed after two years, in accordance with the Terms of Reference and Mandate attached. CARRIED #13-10-89
That the National Executive Council appoint a Task Force, with staff support, to co-ordinate the monitoring role for the National Executive Council, which was approved by the Compensation Consultation.

That this National Executive Council request the Primate to appoint from staff a person who will work with the Treasurer of General Synod, the Director of Pensions, the Director of Personnel Resources and selected members of the Stipend Committee to:
1. Develop and implement a monitoring process for the Compensation Report; and

That this NEC express deep appreciation to Archdeacon David Woeller, Archdeacon Jim Boyles, Mr. Brian Burrows, Mrs. Patricia Henshaw and all others who contributed to the preparation of the updated Handbook of the General Synod. CARRIED #60-11-90
That up to $75,000 be made available in 1992 from the Henry James Bancroft bequest for the production and broadcast of daily highlights of the 1992 General Synod and for the subsequent production and distribution of a video synopsis of the Synod; and that future such productions and broadcasts be provided for in the General Synod meeting budget.
