That this Council of General Synod approve in principle the funding proposal to enable Anti-Racism Training in the 2004-2007 triennium for the Council of General Synod, its Standing Committees, ACIP, and the Board of PWRDF. CARRIED #21-05-05

Dean Peter Wall and Bishop Sue Moxley, Council of General Synod representatives to Ask & Imagine National Advisory Board, presented the report.
The Board is conscious that the Primate's Youth Network is not located in any department or committee and raised the question about how that network will be established and continued; as well as, how the relationship with Ask & Imagine and the Council of General Synod will continue.
Council was asked to encouraged young people in their dioceses to apply to the program.
That the Council of General Synod approve Faith Worship and Ministry as the department under which the collaborative relationship with the Ask & Imagine program should be administered. CARRIED #17-11-05
