"That because of the nature of the meeting of the House in February 1979 the locale be changed from the Notre Dame de la Providence, Orleans, Ontario, to an hotel in Ottawa, and that each Bishop be responsible for his cost of room and board in excess of $30.00 per day." CARRIED
