- "That reports from Task Forces should normally be accompanied by a resolution recommending a course of action to be taken by the House." CARRIED
- "That a session at the February 1979 meeting be scheduled to consider the General Synod/Provincial Report, and that two bishops be appointed to be responsible for facilitating the discussion." CARRIED
- "That because of the nature of the meeting of the House in February 1979 the locale be changed from the Notre Dame de la Providence, Orleans, Ontario, to an hotel in Ottawa, and that each Bishop be responsible for his cost of room and board in excess of $30.00 per day." CARRIED
