- That the Council of the General Synod appoint a task force to work, in consultation with dioceses and ecclesiastical provinces, to consider and propose a definition of the jurisdiction of dioceses and diocesan bishops and ecclesiastical provinces with respect to discipline and doctrine. The task force membership is to include representation from the House of Bishops, and those with appropriate legal and canonical expertise; the report to be submitted to the House of Bishops and the Council of General Synod respectively. - That this National Executive Council:
- 1. Approve participation of the Anglican Church of Canada in the G-Code 2000 Conference (a mid-point review of the Decade in Evangelism) to be held in September of this year in Kanuga, North Carolina.
- 2. Approve three delegates to the event, the cost to be borne by the Primate's Commission on Evangelism. CARRIED #02-03-95

- The Primate noted that, although the proposed Strategic Plan has negative financial implications for this Commission, it will continue to exist.
